Privacy and data protection
This explains what we do with the details and ID images you give us when you register with the DDT team.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your full name, national ID number, and photos of the front and back of your ID. If you provide them, we also collect your phone number, email, county, and the name of the person who introduced you.
Why we collect it
We use these details to register you as a Green World International distributor and to confirm your identity. The person who introduced you and your team leader may see your registration so they can help you get started.
How we store it
Your details and ID images are stored on our own system, not on a public page. ID images are kept in private storage and can only be viewed by DDT team admins after they sign in. We do not sell your details or share them with people outside the team and Green World.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration for as long as you are an active distributor with the team. If you ask us to remove your details, or you stop being a distributor, we will delete your ID images and registration record within a reasonable time, unless we are required to keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them if they are wrong, or ask us to delete them. To make a request, contact the team using the details below.
Data protection in Kenya
We handle your details in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. That means we ask for your consent before collecting your ID, we only use it for the reason we told you, and we take care to keep it secure.
